These Sales and Installation Terms apply to all quotations, orders, supply, fabrication, and installation of worktops provided by Milano Worktops.
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Customers must inspect worktops upon completion. Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours.

Payment schedule will be defined in the quotation or invoice.
Typical structure may include:
Failure to pay may delay fabrication or installation.
Deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered or fabrication has commenced.
Cancellation after templating may incur additional charges.
Warranty coverage applies to fabrication and installation workmanship only unless otherwise stated.
Material warranties are subject to manufacturer terms.
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
